How To Ask
Email kiliz@kiliz.ng with the subject "Delete My Account", from the email address you sign in with. Include your shop name and the app you use. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What We Delete
- Your sign-in account, name, email, phone number and delivery address.
- Your push notification tokens and app settings.
- Receipt photos you uploaded.
What We Keep
Records of orders, invoices and payments are kept by your supplier and by us for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 6 years), and then deleted. Any money you owe your supplier is not cancelled by deleting your account.
