Information We Collect
- Account details: your name and email address from Sign In With Apple, Google or email sign-in, and a user ID.
- Business details: your shop name, phone number and delivery address, and the supplier you join with an invitation PIN.
- Orders and payments: products and quantities you order, delivery status, invoices, balances, payments you record (amount, method, date and any receipt photo you attach) and cash back.
- Device information: a push notification token so we can send order and payment alerts, and basic app diagnostics.
- Location: only when a delivery is being tracked, the delivery driver's location is shared with you. We do not collect your location in Odueki.
How We Use It
- To run your account and connect you to your supplier.
- To place, deliver and track orders, keep your balance and invoices, and apply cash back.
- To send notifications about orders, deliveries and payments.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who We Share It With
- Your supplier: the distributor you joined sees your orders, payments and account details so it can serve you.
- Service providers: Google Firebase (Google LLC) hosts our data and sends notifications; Apple and Google provide sign-in. They process data only on our instructions.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
Storage And Security
Data is stored on Google Cloud servers, which may be outside Nigeria, with encryption in transit and access limited to authorised people. We keep account and transaction records while your account is open and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards.
Your Rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email kiliz@kiliz.ng. You can also delete your account. You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
Our apps are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.
